Alyssa offers supervision for speech pathologists seeking support with clinical decision-making, case discussions, professional development and reflective practice.

Her experience spans a range of communication areas, with particular interests in language, literacy, social communication and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD). She particularly enjoys working with school-aged children and young people and supporting clinicians working in school, home and community-based settings.

Alyssa values approaches that are meaningful, functional and relevant to a child's everyday life. Supervision may include discussion around identifying the purpose behind therapy activities, supporting participation and communication in real-world contexts, and ensuring intervention goals are connected to outcomes that matter to the child and their family.
