About Alyssa
Alyssa is a speech pathologist with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in Australia and overseas. She takes a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach and focuses on understanding each child as an individual.
Alyssa works alongside families to support communication in ways that feel realistic and meaningful in everyday life. Sessions are shaped around each child’s interests and what helps them feel comfortable and engaged.
She has experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams across Australia, the United States, Mexico, and Ghana, supporting children with a range of communication differences, including autism, ADHD, language differences, speech sound differences, and learning differences.
