
Alyssa Drevniak- Director/Senior Speech Pathologist
Alyssa is a highly experienced, neurodiversity affirming speech pathologist with over 10 years clinical experience in Australia and internationally. She completed her studies in the United States and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University and a Master's Degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Redlands. Alyssa holds both a Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia, as well as a Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association.

Alyssa is passionate about providing clients and their families with practical strategies to boost language development that can easily be incorporated into daily routines to build deeper connections and foster independence. She views each client as an individual; playfully integrating the child's strengths and interests into the framework of evidence-based practice to create fun, motivating, and functional activities that encourage predictability and growth.

Alyssa has participated as a speech pathologist in a number of multidisciplinary teams throughout her career in Australia, the United States, Mexico, and Ghana to support clients in various settings. She is experienced treating children, adolescents, and young adult clients with various communication disorders including Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Speech-Sound Disorders, Developmental Language Disorders, Specific Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and Global Developmental Delays. She holds a certification in the Hanen- It Takes Two to Talk program and is PROMPT trained.
